February 9th marks the release of Pfeiffer’s first musical offering. A-side “Big Tent” sets the tone with raw, minimal percussion and acid-tinged melodies. B-Side “Twist” brings a healthy dose of Chicago and Detroit influence to a track that feels colder than house, but warmer than techno. The first of many releases to come, PFE001 marks the tip of the iceberg for Pfeiffer, a label which will continue to reveal itself over time.
